FAQ
When should I order to get my gift before Christmas?
With Colissimo, delivery before Christmas is guaranteed for orders placed before 1 pm (Paris time):
- By 18 December for France
- By 16 December for Europe
- By 11 December for the rest of the world.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No need for gift wrap: every piece arrives in our black box, which unfolds like an envelope for a surprise reveal. Inside, a padded cotton pouch with a snap closure, reusable forever. Over the holidays, a little elastic band closes the box as a finishing touch.
I missed the deadline, what can I do?
Give a gift card: choose the amount, add a little note, then print it or send it by email on the day of your choice, even on Christmas Eve.
Are your pieces handmade?
Our brooches, hair clips, bracelets and jewellery are hand-embroidered, thread by thread. Patches and keyrings are machine-embroidered.
