We only send out a few newsletters a year, to inform you about important events: private sales, new collections, or extraordinary items. We jealously keep your email addresses and do not give or sell them to anyone, word! Once signed up, you will be free to unsubscribe anytime, simply by clicking on the “unsubscribe” option in the “Your Account” section. You are free!
Which shop distribute your creations ?
Rendez vous at the bottom of the page, click on “Find us in the world” and we will automatically show you the shops closest to you, provided that you allow us to geo-reference you just once... Please? If you prefer not to, send an email to Guillaume (via the "Contact" tab), and he will be glad to guide you. PS: Please be aware that the shops operate their own selection and won’t offer the whole catalogue of our creations.
How much are the shipping cost ?
M&L thought of everything: we decided to offer as many options as possible so that you can find the best compromise in terms of cost, delivery time, and withdrawal mode. We would have a hard time drawing up an exhaustive – and digestible – list of all the available options! But then how do you know before placing your order? Very simple: Once your basket is filled, - At the "Your order summary” step: if you are already logged in, the price shown in the “shipping cost” section is the cheapest available for your address. If you have not logged in yet, the shipping costs are not featured yet (since we don’t know where to ship your order). - Click on “Order” to move to the “Identify yourself” stage (or create an account). - Click on “Order” to move to the “Address” stage and tell us where you want us to send your items. - Click on “Order” to move to the “Transport” stage, and then (finally) you will find the different delivery options and their costs. N.B: As long as your payment hasn’t been validated (last stage of the order), you can always go back and change: - the content of your order, - your shipping address, - the chosen delivery mode Know that only the validation of your payment is “the point of no return”.
How do you deliver the "free shipping" orders ?
For orders over 80€ in France and 120€ abroad, we send your order free of charge by Colissimo. You will have the possibility (at the "transport" stage in your "shopping cart" tab) to choose another paying delivery option if you wish another carrier.
I have issues with the postal service !
All our postal consignments are done with a “follow-up” service. Yet, sometimes the “follow-up” indicates your order was “deposited in the recipient’s mailbox” although you didn’t receive anything. So: if you don’t have a mailbox and might not be there when the postman comes, OR if things are regularly stolen from your mailbox, OR if you don’t trust the Postal services… We recommend you choose another delivery mode.
I'm worried : I still haven't received my order !
The delivery time frame indicated when you placed your order is over and you haven’t received anything yet? Take a look at the “Transporter follow-up” information of your order. To do so, log in to “Your account”, then choose “View my order history”, then click on the “Details” of the order you are waiting for. There you will find: - a link to the website of the transporter (click on the tracking number indicated at the end of the order summary) - a detailed follow-up of your shipping (“Transporter follow-up”) The follow-up link doesn’t work? The provided information doesn’t satisfy you? Contact Marjorie by email (via the “Contact” tab at the bottom of the page). And if you really are very anxious to wait for an email response, call us at +33 (0)980 741 153.
I received my order, but it doesn't correspond to my cart !
Woops! We’re not foolproof. Contact Marjorie by email (via the "Contact" tab at the bottom of the page) to notify us of our mistake (within a maximum of one week after reception of your order). Depending on where you live, we will tell you how you can return your order to us. As soon as we receive it, we will send you the right item(s) free of charge. The return costs shall be prepaid, or refunded if you follow our instructions.
I received my order, but I regret it..
You received your items alright… But you made a mistake, you changed your mind, you are disappointed… It happens! You can return your order to us (part or whole) and we will refund you.
Here is the procedure you should follow:
Within a maximum of one week after reception of your order:
- Contact Marjorie by email ("Contact" tab at the bottom of the page) to inform her about your decision.
- Return the item(s) at your expense, packaged and intact, using any method you like but with a follow-up and/or proof of delivery, and make sure to provide the reference of your order and your personal information. As soon as we receive it
– in perfect condition
– we shall proceed to the total or partial refund of your purchase.
please note : During clearance sales and private sales, products are not returned, exchanged, or refunded. We ask you to recover the click & collects within 15 days maximum. We do not do gift packages. Thank you for your understanding.
The product I want is out of stock !
Patience! If your item still shows up but you cannot put it in your cart, it means it is in production. You may click on “Let me know when the item is available again”, and we will send you an email as soon as it is back in store. However, if one of our products isn’t displayed on our site at all, it means, sadly, that it’s definitively unavailable… But you have other choices, among hundreds of other whimsical and gorgeous designs!

How do you pronounce Macon&Lesquoy ?
The origin of our brand’s name is simple as can be: it unites our two names.
So the idea is simple, but the spelling and pronunciation… not so much ! Macon&Lesquoy is pronounced “MACON (like the French city, no cedilla under the C) EH LESS KWA”, and not “Macon eh lay kwa”, or “Masson eh less kwat”, or “Mykon and less koi”…
Yes, we know it’s not easy!
