Do not machine wash or dry clean.

No contact with water, acids, or alcohol

To protect them, store them in their small black box.

If a metal wire is pulled: cut it as short as possible.

Do not fold.

Avoid friction (bag straps, seat belts, etc.).

CAUTION: The pin may puncture certain delicate materials such as silk or leather.

Pick up the two parts that have come apart (this often happens).

Lay the embroidered section flat, gently between your fingers.

Use a flexible neoprene adhesive and apply it with a brush to both surfaces.

Wait until the glue no longer sticks to your finger and bring the two parts together. 

Press firmly without using any tools, so as not to crush the embroidery.

SOS machine-washed pins

Because it happens, even to the best of us! Don't panic, you can still fix it.

Choose a material that can withstand the heat of an iron: cotton, linen, etc. Avoid silk, wool, cashmere, synthetics, and leather. Do not heat seal our reflective patches.

Test by placing your hot iron on an inconspicuous part of your garment.

Heat your iron to the maximum temperature. An old iron will not perform as well. Do not use a steamer.

Heat the fabric before placing the patch on it, covering it with a cotton cloth.
Press down firmly on the patch with your iron until the glue melts (at least 15 sec).
Wait a moment for it to cool down, then check by gently lifting one edge of the patch to test the adhesion.
If necessary, repeat the process, pressing down firmly with the hot iron.
Turn your garment over and press down firmly again on the back of the fabric.

Wait 72 hours for the adhesive to become fully active.

We use a professional iron-on adhesive that we have tested ourselves. Its advantage is that it is very durable once applied. Its disadvantage is that it requires a very hot iron pressed down firmly.

Wash your garment inside out at a max temperature of 30°C.

Do not tumble dry or spin dry.

Use a chemical-free detergent.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Do not iron the iron-on patch.

PLEASE NOTE: If your patches are correctly applied, they will remain attached when washed in a machine at 30°C. After washing, you should not iron the heat-applied patch again.
To reinforce it if necessary, sew a few stitches around the edge.
If heat application is not possible, you can sew your patch on or ask your mom/dad/son to do it for you!

Remove the protective backing from the back of the embroidery.

Position it wherever you want.

Just press and you're done!
CAUTION: Once stuck, it cannot be removed.
Do not dry clean or machine wash.
