IF I SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR NEWSLETTER, WILL I GET SPAMMED?

We only send a few newsletters a year, to announce upcoming events, like a private sale, or when a new collection goes online.
We jealously guard your email addresses and won’t give or sell them to anybody.
Once a subscriber, you can unsubscribe anytime you want, simply by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button in the “Newsletter” tab.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR CREATIONS IN STORE?

Send an email to Virginie (via the "Contact" tab at the bottom of the page), and ask her about the stores close to where you live.
Be careful though: the stores display their own selection of our collections, so you won’t find the whole range of our products in one store.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

We decided to offer as many options as possible so that you can settle on the compromise between cost, time and withdrawal method that suits you best. We would really have a hard time listing all the options in a thorough but digestible way!

How can you know before passing your order?

Once you are done filling your shopping cart,

- At the “Summary of your order” stage, if you have already registered, the quoted price in the shipping fee section is the cheapest available. If you are not registered yet, the shipping costs don’t appear (since we don’t know where to ship to)

– click on the “Order” button to reach the login window and create your personal account. That step is mandatory for you to confirm your order. Click on “Order” to reach the “Addresses” window, and fill in the address where you wish to receive your order. Click on “Order” again through to the “Transport” section and there (at last), you will get all the information you need about the various delivery options and their cost.

N.B As long as your payment hasn’t been processed (ultimate stage of the order) you will always be able to go back and change the content of your order, your shipping address, and the chosen delivery mode. Only the validation of your payment is a “point of no return”.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE “FREE SHIPPING” ORDERS?

Orders over 80€ in France and 200€ abroad will be shipped to you for free by Colissimo registered post.

You will have the opportunity (at the “Transport” step, in the “Cart” tab) to choose another chargeable shipping option if you prefer another carrier.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK!

Patience, if the item still shows on the website but you cannot add it to your cart, it means it is being manufactured.

You can click on the “Tell me when this item is available again” tab to be advised by mail when it is back in stock.

However, if one of our products isn’t displayed on our website anymore, it means it is definitely unavailable.

I AM WORRIED: I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER!

The delivery terms provided when you passed your order are over and you still havn’t received anything?

The first thing you should do is check the “Carrier follow-up” section of your order.

Go to the “My Account” section, click on “Order History”, then on the “Details” of the order you are expecting. There you will find:

- A link to the carrier’s website (click on the tracking number provided at the end of your detailed order sheet)

- A detailed follow-up of your shipment (“Carrier follow-up”)

The follow-up link isn’t working? Or you are not satisfied with the information you got?

I’M AT ODDS WITH THE POSTAL SERVICES!

All the shipments are done via the French Post Office and are tracked. 

However, some of our clients have complained about not having received their order even though the follow-up has said "it is delivered in the recipient’s letterbox”.

So if you don’t have a letterbox, or you think you might not be in when the postman comes, or if items have repeatedly been stolen in your letterbox, or if you don’t trust the Post Office, we suggest that you pick another shipping method, for instance the Point Relais service.

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, BUT IT DOESN’T MATCH WHAT I ORDERED!

Whoops! Guess we are not foolproof!

Contact Marjorie by email  (via the "Contact" tap at the bottom of the page) to report the mistake to us (within a maximum of one week after receipt of your package).

Depending on where you live, we will tell you how you can send the package back to us.

Upon receipt of the returned package, we shall send the right items back to you for free.

The return costs will be prepaid, or will be repaid to you if you follow our instructions.

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, IT MATCHES MY ORDER, BUT I’M HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS…

You received what you ordered, but you made a mistake, or changed your mind, or you are disappointed…

No worries, things like that happen!

You can return your order (part or whole) and we will reimburse you.

Here is how you should proceed:

Within a maximum of one week after you received your order:

- Contact Marjorie by email  (via the "Contact" tab at the bottom of the page) to let us know what you have decided.

- Send the packaged and intact item(s) back to us, at your expense and by the means most convenient to you (with a delivery tracking or proof) and make sure you provide your order reference number and your contact info.

Upon receipt of the returned goods (in perfect condition), we will proceed to the refund.

HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE MACON&LESQUOY?

The idea behind the name of our brand was quite simple, since we associated both our surnames.
The idea is simple, but the spelling and pronunciation… very less so!
So here is how you should pronounce Macon&Lesquoy:
MACON (like the city, obviously, since there is no cedilla under the C, and only one N) EH LESS KWA
And not
Macon-eh-Laykwa, or Masson-eh-Lesskwat, or Maykon-and-Leskoy....

Yes, we do admit it’s not easy…
